Located at midpiece of West Three Ring North Road, Xizhimen Wai, Beijing, east next to Wanshou Temple and north next to the Chinese theater, Bayi Theaters is an extension of original Zongzheng drama troupe rehearsal field which was completed in November, 1996, is evaluated the high quality project in the army. The theater has an area of 2,000 square meters equipped with 400 audiences seats for drama, dance, compositive party, film projection, assembly and so on. The stage is a renewed standard modern drama stage with an opening of 12 meters and a depth of 14.6 meters. Besides, there is an orchestra equipped with an American 240 circuits lighting console and 32 electric hanging bars.

Equipped with imported high-quality wooden floor and two winding corridors, the graceful 400-square-meter multifunction hall can be used for performing indoor small theater dramas, singing Kara OK, holding balls,conferences and exhibitions, making television program columns and shooting soap operas.

An 180-square-meter VIP room has the ground of Laichau red granite, can be used to hold conferences of 60-80 persons.

At the entrance of Bayi Theaters there is a parking lot of nearly 1,000 square meters for kinds of vehicles.
