Situated in the east Shijingshan District along the west Chang'an Road, the Beijing International Sculpture Park is a national sculptural culture and art park with a total planned area of 162 hectares. It has already become the largest sculpture park in Beijing, including the east and west parts. The east one is endowed with modern humanistic atmosphere and the western one is full of rural and pastoral features. They bring out the best in each other as if to constitute a poem and a picture. The magnolia garden with over 5000 magnolias in 9 varieties in the west part has taken shape.
The garden is divided into four scenes according to the varieties and colors of the magnolias, such as the "magnolia path", "riotous profusion" and "love for three lives", and has four big highlights: the largest number, the newest varieties, the complete colors and the longest blooming period!
Time of enjoying the beauty of the flowers: April 5 to April 18
Admission: 5 yuan/person. The seniors of 65 years old and above can visit the Park free with the senior certificates for preferential treatment (excluding the gardens in the park as well as occasions when big events are held).
