Fenghuangling Apricot Blossom Festival

Over 600 mu of apricot blossoms bloom from the end of March to the beginning of April in the scenic area in the south of Fenghuangling. Apricot trees are deciduous trees and their fruits are apricots. Apricot blossoms are pink red when they just bloom and gradually turn white. Some of almonds are sweet and some are bitter and can be used as a component of drugs. In the sunny and warm spring days before and after the Tomb-Sweeping Day, apricot blossoms will bloom and the Fenghuangling Park will hold the apricot blossom festival as well as rich and colorful folk activities about flowers.

Time of enjoying the beauty of the flowers: late March to mid April

Admission: 25 yuan/person in busy seasons and 15 yuan/person in slack seasons, 13 yuan/person for the senior over 60 years old and free for those over 70 years old and children under 1.2 m.
