The Jingshan Park is one of the time-honored and completely preserved imperial parks in China. The relative height of its hill is 45. 7 m and tourists can have a bird's eye view of ancient Beijing. There are over 1000 old pines and cypresses and tens of thousands of peonies and Chinese peonies in the park now to make flowers and greenness of pines and cypresses available respectively in three and four seasons a year. With the addition of frequently held flower and bonsai shows and various cultural activities, this ancient imperial park is full of the vitality of the new age. 

The Jingshan Park has traditional famous peony varieties for imperial gardens, well-known peonies from Luoyang and Heze, and rare ones from Gansu, Jiangsu and Zhejiang and Japan in more than 150 varieties in total, consisting of 8 color series and 9 color shapes. They are famous for their high heights, long ages, large flowers and rich colors in Beijing.
