Beginning Service	Making Payments

When you need power supply:
1. Please send your application to the customer service center of local power supply company or administration department of power supply. The following materials are required when submitting the application:

House property ownership certificate (for privately owned house) or certification issued by the unit or housing administration department where the house is registered, proving the customer’s residence at the address applying for power supply (for public owned house), and ID certificate

2. Upon the receipt of your application, the power supply company will inform you to come again and confirm the power supply program with you within 3 working days.

3. After you confirm the program, you will be required to sign an agreement on residential electricity consumption with the customer service center of the power supply company.

4. When the engineering is completed and passes the acceptance check by the power supply company, the power will be supplied in 3 working days, and you will be required to pay relevant fees accordingly.
