Refusing to pay for the use of power is an act against the Electric Power Law, according to which, if the customer fails to pay the fee for power consumption within the regulated time limit, the power supply enterprise may impose extra fee equal to 1‰ to 3‰ of the total fee per day from the next day of the time limit.
