Eligible Applicant: pipeline natural gas users
Materials to be Submitted: gas payment notice or gas purchasing card
Procedures:
1. For users using meters to be checked: meter readers will go to read the meters at user’s home and bill Gas Payment Notice in a fixed period of time; then the users can go to state-owned and commercial banks handling personal businesses (except China Construction Bank) to pay the bill.
2. For users using card meters: IC card household users transferred into the gas purchasing system of Bank of Beijing can purchase gas at the counters or self-service terminals of any business outlets of Bank of Beijing; IC card household users which are not yet to be included in the bank system need to purchase gas from designated gas selling offices; CPU card household users can purchase gas from any business outlets of China Construction Bank.
