Airport volunteers like Lixin, have been working for many months to train and prepare for your arrival.

When arriving at the airport, you will probably first disembark from the plane and enter the terminal through a long corridor. Most international arrivals will arrive at terminal 3, which was completed in early summer 2008.

You might need to take the train a short distance to the central part of the airport, after leaving the plane. You will then pass through the visa and customs area.

After passing through customs, you enter the airport. The airport has volunteers and information stations throughout. If you need assistance, please find one of the volunteers or airport staff.
