Jianguomen Wai has a strong business influence, and is one of Beijing's centers of commerce for the financial services industry and international trade. Jianguomen is also home to more than 20 foreign missions and embassies as well as their accompanying institutions and services (like foreign libraries, chambers of commerce and cultural organizations).
