Useful Information-The Best Time for Winter Exercises
 

It is not appropriate to get up too early or too quickly for exercises in the morning. After waking up, you should stay for in bed for a time and limber yourself up so that blood circulation turns normal and so that you adapt yourself to the cold surroundings of the room. It is also not appropriate to do out-door exercises too early. You should do physical exercises such as: walking, swimming, jogging and Taiji, or other exercises after the sun rises higher in the sky or in afternoon or evening.
