Chinese Academy of Social Sciences boasts many excellent institutes and has paid much attention to the health of the research fellows. Even they retired from their work, the Academy has offered facilities and opportunities of improving their living and activities. So retired fellows and staff enjoy various forms of recreations including travel and sports. CASS organized sport meets annually. It was obvious that more people have taken part in physical exercises daily. This year the sport meet began in early summer and ended on 2nd September. Many people won prizes of different items and souvenirs. The photos below show how the seniors throw themselves with passion into the competition exercises.
