Cartoons are an unfailing source of humor and satire, reflecting people's daily lives and politics. Mr.Xu Baoxin is one of the outstanding contemporary cartoonists in China. He has made a name for himself as a cartoon artist on the China Blog Expert Web.

Xu's cartoons are distinctive for the style featuring people with unkempt dress and messy hair, unadorned yet imposing that resemble the style of doyen cartoonist Hua Junwu. Xu vividly illustrates the people's inner state.

Recently he posted several several cartoons, satirizing the  passengers on the bus who did not observe the ethic rules of the society, unwilling to yield seats to senior citizens. 

"You say you are senior, show me your ID !"

The conductor's voice: "Who would be so kind to yield a seat to the pregnant lady, please ?"
