The apartments are luxurious and tastefully furnished and decorated. Every detail. The exterior looked like it might be middle eastern in design. Is this true?

Yes, we 16 people of the group all enjoyed the wonderful excursion to Tianjin city, including a 88-year-old  fellow who is disabled coming with us with a wheeled chair and accompanied by his wife. The complex of the Tianjin World Financial Center are consisted of a tower office building, a hotel and an apartment mansion designed by an American archetect and the tower building was ranked the 17th grand building in the world, the 3rd in China. I don't think it is middle eastern in design. After the construction is completed, the world 500 big enterprises will be settled down in the office tower that is located by the side of Haihe River in the center of Tianjin city. The sale prices of the apartments range from 3 million to 7 million yuan /suite, only half the price of the same kind in Beijing because the land price in Tianjin is lower.  Right now the apartment properties in all worth 700 million yuan have been sold out.
 
As for the Kiev aircraft carrier, it is alleged that it was sold by auction and China won the bid at the offer of 80 million RMB yuan among competitor countries including India and U.S.
 
Before we left Tianjin the General manager of the Financial Street (Tianjin )Real Estate Co. of TEDA was generous treating us a lunch at an old brand famous restaurant named GOUBULI which was established in Qing Dynasty.  Two tables of fabulous food dishes cost 3000 yuan plus.  Adding to that she (general manager ) presented us each a bag of Tianjin snack featuring the Tianjin local delicious eating.
